We aim to offer a high level of customer service to anyone that chooses to pay for our products and services. This keeps us extremely busy. Consequently, time available for technical support has to be concentrated on supporting products and services that we have directly sold to our customers.

- Approximate date of purchase
- CPL Racing invoice number
- Serial number (if an engine management system)
- Details of your question or problem

As there is a limit to our resources we unfortunately are unable to support parts purchased from other vendors, or parts of any description purchased used/second-hand. If parts have been purchased from another vendor it is their responsibility entirely to provide their customers with techncial support, so please contact them. When purchasing used parts it has to be accepted that there is some risk involved. There may be no instructions, parts missing/broken etc. Before deciding to purchase second-hand/used parts please ensure you understand the risks and consequences of doing so, as CPL Racing cannot provide any copy instructions, support or assisance other that an spares that may be offered for sale on our website.
