K24 Test Engine Base Line Test - December 2022

A long time has passed since we last carried out engine R&D on the K24 engine, so we thought it was time to re-visit the platform, and at the same time challenge ourselves by setting a horsepower goal that we have not seen before.

Our goal with this project is to see what can be done without changing anything below the head gasket, i.e. a stock bottom end with just the oil pump changed.

Before any major work can be done we need to establish a baseline. With the engine in the state of modification listed below, we carried out some dyno pulls on our engine dyno. Below you can see the results.
